a group of " like~minded adventurers" are meeting at turner bend at 10:30 sat.12 /20 ..the water, and weather will be cool. 46* with a slight chance of sunshine! (we can only hope) Yes, swimming is always a chance. so pack your dry bag with some extra dry warm stuff for a quick river side changing ! please don't be late. or you will miss the shuttle ride. no need to reply to this post if you are going >>>be there !

foggy morning start to the day. and it was a small turn out (2) canoes , and (3) kayaks.. so we abused every rapid, and wave alone the way as you might expect!! Our plan was to run from Wolf pen down to Byrd's.but ended up with High bank down to Byrd's. The river was right at 3.0 when we put on with milky jade colored water, and zero wind.. the sun popped out for a second just before we hit the take out. all in all, it was just a pretty nice December day to be on the water... sorry we missed who ever was in the white pick up with an ACC. sticker on the tail gate??
