WTB Beginning WW Kayak setup

I've got 2 boys weighing 100 and 180 lbs. I'd like to get them set up with WW gear before (or at) Rendezvous if possible (cheaply).
I've got an Old Town Heron 9XT in good condition with paddle to sell or trade toward that end.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions or offers?
