Hi Phil. It was a pleasure to meet and paddle with you that day and I was glad we were able to retrieve your boat, but I was especially glad to see you were unharmed. We breathed a huge sigh of relief when you climbed onto that rock. Just a couple points of clarification. The guy who led the recovery was Cowper Chadbourn. You were very fortunate he was there and in a raft. His wife Debbie was with him but the young girl was Mandy "Crash" Signorelli. We all kind of claim her, but her mom, Aly, was on the raft too so I know it was confusing, especially under the circumstances! Crash and I were the ones who brought your boat back up to you. If you haven't seen John's video I'd suggest taking a look. I think you'll find it enlightening. Glad all turned out okay and thanks for posting. Hope to see you on the water again some time.
