Looking for Paddle,Skirt, Helmet and Vest for my wife

I am trying to get my wife more into kayaking, she now has a good boat that she likes but I need to get her a better paddle and vest and she does not have a skirt for that boat and she needs a helmet for when she is ready. I am trying to stay budgeted in case she does not want to continue like my son and I do, I can always use her boat she has a Jackson Rouge 9 and I think the skirt she will need will be a Large/Large.
