I just received the spring newsletter from Nat'l Parks Conservation Society. They are calling(again) for us to write Theresa Marks to reopen the C&H Farm's General Permit for public comment. Please let her know she should do this. for info go to ---parkb.it/nohogwaste. Address letters to: Ark. Dept. of Environmental Quality--5301 Northshore Dr. North Little Rock AR 72118-5317 ( email is "marks@adeq.state ar.us") We need to let them know that "slipping this in under the radar' was not appropriate.
