Had a friend swamp a boat on Gulpha yesterday near the KOA campgrounds. He met us as we were putting In at Ridgeway and asked us to look for it. We never saw it on our run. The only description he was able to give me is it's an inexpensive blue sit in kayak. Please let me know if you see it. I'll pass in the info.
