Cossatot 5-31-14

If the rain keeps up and the levels are good I'll be heading down to the cossatot tomorrow, anyone else interested? Will plan on leaving little rock by 8am to get to the falls around 1030.

A group will be there, but plans and ETA's are still being worked out. Some folks will be there tonight camping...others arriving tomorrow.

I may jump in on that Saturday. Meeting at the falls would be great. Time? I could take 1-2 more (in my Prius).

A few of us are coming up from Shreveport. We would love to start at the upper section. We will be at the falls around 10:00am.

Not sure of my plans but, someone should call the VC and ask them to open the deercamp ( if no one is camping there)

It sounds like maybe Deer Camp had already been reserved as of earlier this week by non paddlers, so unless who ever reserved it doesn't show, we may not be able to access it.

We plan to meet at the Visitor Center/lower take out at 10:30am to set shuttle and run from Ed Banks down if any others want to meet up about that time to do that stretch.

I'll be at one rendezvous or the other at 10 or 10:30. If anyone would like to ride down from Little Rock with me, pls email me at dlewis33@att dot net. Or, for that matter, if you have space for one more in your vehicle, I'd be glad to help with gas.

Hey David, I am meeting with someone by the shell gas station by fresh market off Cantrell at 0745, I can ask him if we have room for one more. Doug
