Best tandem fishing kayak?

Looking for a tandem fishing kayak and looking for opinions?

A lot depends on personal preference, for a stable stand up capable sit on top I would suggest the Jackson Big Tuna. The Tuna has the high-low seating and paddles well set up for solo as well. For a sit in my favorite is the Native Ultimate FX15, again this boat has the high-low seating and stand up capability and easily converts to solo (my personal favorite boat). Alternatively if you will be paddling and fishing mainly lakes the Hobie Oasis would be another option. The Oasis has Hobie's Mirage Drive pedal system which is great for hands free operation while fishing.

What do you mean by the high-low seating? High being more like a canoe and low being like a kayak?
