Marlo and I are considering a Cadron Creek or Dragover trip for tomorrow, any interest?

Best Regards

A morning Cadron run sounds good to me. What time are you looking at putting on?

Ouachita,

I won't know much until later this afternoon/evening if we are even going . However, when we have floated the Cadron in the past, it is usually around 10:30 or so when we arrive at 65 to set shuttle. I have not visited with my friends at CCO in a long time but would sure like to put in at their place if possible.

Best Regards
Jim

That time and put-in work for me. Just let me know. I'm slated to perform some "honey-do's" that afternoon so the earlier the better for me

OK, after doing some checking it looks like the Cadron is it. We will try and meet at the Hwy 65 access about 10:30 tomorrow, then shuttle on up. We will be putting in at an outfitters, which will make the trip much more convenient launching-wise for us old folks :D

Ouachita, we never get in a hurry, however I'm sure we can arrange things so if you should decide you need to paddle on, you'll have that option.

Jim

10:30 at the Hwy 65 bridge sounds good. I'll have my playboat, so shuttle should be easy enough. I also won't be in any big hurry. that float and drive up isn't overly long.

That sounds just great!! Miss Marlo and I will look forward to seeing all of you in the morning. It looks to be a really nice weather and water day. Heading to bed now but will check for any more updates in the morning prior to departure.

A special thanks to John and Lisa at CCO this morning, it was so nice to visit, and I so appreciate your hospitality very much!

What a beautiful day on the Cadron! It was so nice to meet up with past friends and meet new friends as well. Noah had an absolute blast surfing the waves. He's still reliving those moments with anyone who will listen. Thanks to all of you who gathered his equipment after his swim. I'm glad that he's had his first swim with this group.
. I'm pretty sure that Tom Burroughs SWR courses helped me not to panic terribly too. Thanks Edgar and Jim for being there to assist up that hill if needed. I don't think my vehicle was ideal for that terrain. We can't wait to go again soon. Great weather. Great friends. Great day.

I had a blast too. It was great to paddle with some old friends and meet some new ones. I can't wait to do it again.
