Versatile Kayak wanted

Post by lalyle » Sun Jan 26, 2014 10:07 pm

My son's turning 18 and FINALLY expressing an interest in paddling. YAY! He wants to just play on flatwater, mild whitewater, and do some fishing. He's 5'9" and 120 lbs.

I'd check out the crossover boats like the LL XP9/10, Pyrhana Fusion and Jackson Rogue. I think the Dagger Axis or Approach might merit some looking too.

I have a dagger zydeco that might be what you're looking for. It's been down the cadron a few times and done well. Good for open water also. If you're interested call or text five0one four5four 93one5

I have a Necky Sky that has a sealed rear area with hatch, perfect for live well. It is a tough little 9.5 rec boat. Feels small for me at 6'2. Also seems heavier/thicker than the newer ones. Very 'stable' boat - not 'tippy' at all.

I have a Jackson Rogue 9 that would be a great fit and perfect boat for what your son wants to do.
It's a DEMO kayak from LEWIS & CLARK OUTFITTERS, retail was $999, on SALE FOR $799 or best offer.

Please call 479-756-1344 and ask for the Outdoor Department for details.
