You can attain on river left using small eddies to get out of there.. we had 8 kayakers attaining in small freestyle boats. It's a good way to warm your body up for the gear change at the end too!

What are the waves like? Are they complete?

Opes- The waves haven't been touched in a few weeks, as the guys have been working on the park and not in the river. The bottom wave is still trashy, but there's a lot of fun to be had on the top wave. While they've been out of town they have a channel open onto the original feature, which is shallow but surfable. Steve has said the final tuning and clean - up of the new features will be the last thing done, probably after the park is done, hopefully sometime in January. -M-

Mike is right on with the info.
STAY OFF THE RIVER BANKS,, Both right and left.
With the wave generating dams creating a pool up river
on the creek, it should
be even more possible to paddle back up river to the bridge
to take out....

PS. My wrist is 80%. I will be there right after the new year
to perfect my swimming/rolling......
