/question about buying a rec kayak

I have already post on the REC forum but thought I might see if anyone in this forum has any opinions.

A friend of mine is looking at a kayak online but I have no knowledge of rec boats so I thought I would post the link to see if anyone has any information about the boat.

Please let me know what you think about the boat, and I am pretty sure he is new to kayaking so that may make a difference.
