Re: Tot on Fri?
It will be runnable thru the weekend, says Felton's level prediction table.
Re: Tot on Fri?
That's good because I spoke too soon, I can't get Fri off. I'll be shooting for Sat.

Well....that's a horse of a different color. That or the Piney, if it holds around 4. ???

Don't want to hijack this tread, but would love to float a river closer to board meeting Tim.Tim Eubanks wrote:Well....that's a horse of a different color. That or the Piney, if it holds around 4. ???

I say, and I intend it emphatically, let the river be.

No highjacking, just adding to. I'd like to float something but it looks like the Piney is falling out. No way it will be there Saturday or Sunday unless you're looking at the lower.
Will make the decision tonight.

Re: Tot on Sat?
Hey Guys: Just a quick note about the predictor. That formula was developed in the early 1990’s prior to having internet access to gage information. All of the data that was used to develop it was acquired by calling the phone gage then manually recording that info on a 16 column ledger. Over time enough date points were accumulated to average out anomalies in the information. Because the high water events were less common there were fewer data points related to those numbers thus the projections related to the very high readings are less accurate. You should have noticed that it was off a bit on todays projection. The accuracy should improve considerable at levels below 5 feet.
Glad to see people still using it!

Re: Tot on Sat?
So anyone interested in meeting at the take out around 11 Sat?
Re: Tot on Sat?
I may be rolling in from DFW tomorrow morning if it looks like the water will hold. Which takeout will folks be at? The falls, or below 278?

I thought it'd hold a little better. I don't think I'm gonna make the drive for low 3's.
