Dragover gate locked last Tuesday

Drove all the way over to Dragover on Tuesday, June 25th and the gate to the campground area was locked at 1130am. On the way in; I met a truck bringing out a couple of porta potties...so perhaps it was a maintenance thing and unlucky timing on my part.

The forest service website says the site is open for day use and I know several club members went over there last weekend. I'm too old and too lazy to drag a 12 ft kayak so I reluctantly left the river at a good 2.5 ft floating level.
