I contacted Siloam Springs and got a copy of the plans for the river park at Fisher Ford on the Illinois River. I put them on a separate page of the website that shows the ACC plans for the new wave in the Rockport area. You can look at the plans here:

Just got this email from the Community Services Director of Siloam Springs:

We are in the process of passing through the county planning department. Once that is done we would like to see construction start around August/September at the latest.
