I need opinions on whether Dragover is suitable for tube floating with a couple of 5 yr old granddaughters during the summer months? Never done a tube float so I was wondering if the 3 mile float might be a bit too long?
If it is suitable; what would you recommend as the minimum water level for tubing during summer?
Isn't about 2 feet the minimum for kayaks?
Thanks,
Mike

Re: Dragover Questions
Hey Mike,
I think it would be fine, but I'd recommend you paddle a canoe and let the kids tube. It's not a long distance however if they got tired you'd have the alternate transport. A tad over two feet up to two and a half feet on the gauge would be about right.
Best Regards
Jim

Re: Dragover Questions
Thanks for the response Jim. I may look at getting a raft for this purpose then we would be on the water with some mobility.
