Cadron? Yes! Cadron 5/11

Post by Lupe » Fri May 10, 2013 5:31 pm

Can anyone confirm if there's really water in the Cadron? The gauge is showing a rapid spike to 3.5 feet, but it looks odd, so I'm not sure I trust it.

If it's really there, I'll be there tomorrow (Saturday) for sure!

If it's there, it looks like there will be an early contingent at 10am with Cole and a later contingent with me, probably at noon or 1pm.

Still awaiting visual confirmation which we'll get in a bit and then I'll update.

As long as it's there and not dropping back below the mid 2's, I'll be there.

Got a call from the Lawrences who were on the river this afternoon and they confirmed water was above 3 today when they were on it.

How about 12:30pm for a meet time at Hwy 65?

I think Cole will also have an earlier meet time as he's got limited time tomorrow.

Anyone want to join the noon o'thirty group....see you there.

Great! See you there!

If we get the "double rise" that the Cadron sometimes does, and the level is still high tomorrow, we might go all the way upstream to Liz's property. If not, we plan to just put in at Pinnacle Springs bridge. Or, see what the consensus is.

See you guys there tomorrow!

Wonderful day on the Cadron with Mitch, Dave, Beth, Jason, Maggie, John Fletcher and William. Low but plenty of surf at that level. BEAUTIFUL!!!!

(and p.s. found my blue bag...I had it all along  )
