BUFFALO RIVER overnighter- APR 30 TUES Woolum - 9:30AM

Post by Richard » Mon Apr 29, 2013 7:22 am

This is very last minute. I paddled the Arkansas River Sunday to see if my arm and I were up to paddling.

YEP! :canoe:

Painter Bob and I are going to paddle Woolum to Hwy 65 spending Tuesday night somewhere in between. Let me know if you are interested or be at Woolum at 9:30am unloaded and ready to run shuttle.

Water level was 7.2 - 6.8 during our time on the river. Occasionally windy and a downpour on Wednesday as we were paddling toward Grinders. Very pleasant the whole time. Finished with a late lunch at the Gilbert Cafe.
