NW Chapter Whitewater School Jump Start (Kayak), this Wednesday, 5:30 PM till 6:15ish, Westfork Riverside Park
Our very own Jon Kennedy(aka No Quarter) will be offering an abbreviated Jump Start for those in our neck of the woods that want to be introduced to the basic concepts of strokes, boat control, and boat maneuvering before arriving at WW School.

Temp forecast is for near 80 F in West Fork on Wednesday for all you fair weather paddlers. Might have to dodge some rain, but chances are you're going to get wet anyway.

As to Victor...not sure any of us have seen him wield the "Big Stick" (ok..I'm referring to Victor's 300+cm kayak paddle...for those of you who's minds tend go to the gutter...you know who you are. ) at boatball since you left for the Rockies.
