How to post a photo

I tried to follow directions, but am stuck. The picture I'm trying to post is on a publicly accessible web site. I know how to copy the URL and post it here, but I'm not quite getting this part from the ACC message board FAQ: "To display the image use the BBCode [img] tag." How exactly do you to that, please? (Trying to sell my Superhero.)
