WW School Information Booth Volunteers

Post by Adam Willard » Tue Feb 05, 2013 5:29 pm

We need some very dedicated and experienced people that know how the WW School works. I’m looking for volunteers to man a portable easy up and tables for information to be handed out as the participants pull in to Turner Bend. We will be handing out maps of the area and an outline for the weekend. You will need to be there Friday and Saturday to help guide the participants in the correct direction. There will be more information concerning the entire weekend at the upcoming board meeting. Thanks for your help!!!
Sincerely,
Adam Willard

XL for me please! Happy to work the 411 depot.

Also, if you need porta potties contact Tim Jones at 479-650-2121. His company has handled our excrement containment and removal needs the past few years.

Calling all chapters!!! We need a few folks to help with the information booth for Friday and Saturday. Its just a meet and greet booth. You will point the new participants in the right direction to help find their chapters and lead instructors. You (booth volunteers) will be the first person our participants come in contact with and your awesomeness will set the stage for the weekend of FUN!!! Thanks Dave for offering to help.
Sincerely,
Adam Willard

RV Chapter has got this fairly well covered but a little support would be nice. This is a great chance for your non paddling husband to feel worthy...come on girls, drag your man out of the lazy-boy. And for non paddling girls, what a way to meet a bunch of hunky(or chunky) paddlers!!!!! :yahoo:
