I know its at the last min but im thinking about making a quick run tomorrow and need a paddling bud.. might put in at n.fork

For a mornin run I would say a decent float would be dry run creek to the big powerline right-of-way..but from my experience, every run on the North Fork Illinois Bayou turns into a MUCH longer adventure than expected haha.

A long drive from Springfield to the Dragover!

However if one had Monday off... could float, stay over nite and then float Monday morning before going home to Springfield.
