I just talked to folks at Spring River Oaks. On Sunday, they will close for the season.

The only takeout will be Riverside Resort, and I'm not sure for how long.
Temps should be around 80 next weekend...does anyone else want to do an end-of-summer paddle?

I would love to. It would be a great way to break in my new Dri-Ki paddle. Alas, I'll be at a birthday party. Better not skip this one since it's my daughter's.

You come too.

Y'all are missing out! If you wanna float Spring River, this is the weekend to do it!

Nearly all the tourists are gone. 60 degrees now (78 later), sunshine, level is at 4.64' what more could ya ask for?
No need in hanging at home waiting for those LOSER Hogs to play again, come on and float!
