Re: Whatever Happened to Jordan Byrum??
Neat to hear of someone from Arkansas getting to live this type of life at that age. I thought I had it made when I was his age, getting to paddle everything I did and then getting paid to be a raft guide on the Chattooga for 14 years and moving there after college.
I expect we will hear more of Jordan Byrum and his adventures.
The son of a friend of ours (Clayton Garr, son of Bobby and Lynn Garr) whom we paddled with way back when, has made the boating news a fair amount the last few years. There is a next generation of paddlers, and I think they will do things we never dreamed of doing as the standards are raised.
