Lukey's Been Doing Some Swappin'

Post by Deuce » Thu Aug 09, 2012 3:26 pm

Just traded a handheld GPS for this. Really didn't want anything but the dry bag and portage pack, but he wanted rid of it all and preferred a swap to cash, so I agreed. Now that I've taken a closer look at the backpack I'm glad I did.

Deuce,

I think you may have come out ahead in this one. Depending on what make/model GPS you traded. Look forward to seeing some of this gear put to use on the river.

I think so too, although a Navionics chip goes along with the GPS, so that gets it a little closer to even. It's funny, the guy said he'd take cash but would rather barter. This was my first experience with the new barter craze. I like it!
