It looks like there is a party at Fishers Ford this afternoon, starting around 3pm.
Live music by Matt Smith @ 4pm.
Captain Marshel Mitchell @5pm.
Hoek Emory @6pm. Shawn James@7pm
The info Ive got on this is calling it the Illinois River Splash. It looks like this will be in the field on river right at Fisher's Ford. Hot dogs, hamburgers, live music and family fun.

A week ago, you scraped going down the ledge, but once in the pool below, it's still the Ford. Decent little spin-hole, and a pretty good whirl-pool/ eddyline for squirts and eddyline wheels. It's nothing to get stoked for, but a great place to practice.
