Google earth

Post by T Yamashita » Sun Jun 17, 2012 9:55 pm

Seen google earth or satellite view lately? I was just looking at the Buffalo and Richland, and the resolution is really good. You can see cars at Erbie and trees in Richland. The resolution south at the 'tot is not as good. Anyone know how long the resolution has been this good?

How many rapids can you name from above at Richland? I can do a few but the rocks look a bit different from he bird's view.

Best, ty.

I thought it was pretty recent as the road to Richland campground had the new construction done on it. I'm still getting over how it all looks from the bird.

Makes me wonder just how much detail the various countries with "spy" camera satellites can see.

I bet it would surprise us.
