The 5 stages of Grief from lack of paddling.

Post by summerbee » Wed Jun 13, 2012 11:17 am

Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance.

Presently, I am depressed.
I pine to be on moving water.
I have been riding my bike alot.
It is not the same.
I am sad. :(

Acceptance is a long way off. ...

Summerbee,

Come on down to Rockport and float the Remmel Dam to the Ledge section.
It's just the tonic for not being able to float a good many other streams right now. I'm sure there will be others floating this weekend, join in!

Best Regards
Jim

Denial is when you drive to Boxley and put your boat and gear on "just in case the Hailstone comes up." Been there, done that.
