Olympic Selection day one

Post by knu2xs » Thu Apr 12, 2012 7:16 am

Last night I did demo runs for day one of 2012 Olympic Selection for the USA and Canada, being held here in Charlotte, NC today, tomorrow and Saturday. Pat Keller came over from Asheville to race. He gave me his helmet cam and put this edit together, a preview of today's course.

We may do this for every day, so stay tuned!

So, Taz does this mean you're going for the gold.

Nice run! I gotta give that a try at some point. They setup gates in San Marcos on Saturdays.

Sorry, I fell off the radar after this post. I was coaching a number of athletes through trials and once they were over, I was out of town for work during the entire week. Yes, Paul and Judy are my parents. They still get on the water. Since the word is already out, I am not worried about saying it now. We all still even get on the river together occasionally, including this upcoming summer...on the Selway. We are psyched.

Nice edit. Joel, I don't know how you felt about that particular run, but it looked like you were flying. Good work!
