bayou meto adventure

Post by jaxjack » Fri Mar 16, 2012 9:59 pm

big boat, 15 hp motor, chain saw and hand tools wielded by two dedicated guys resulted in 17 large bags, i tire and i cooler. cleared 2 blockages and cut branches on 50 inch dia oak tree across the bayou up stream of 67/167.
left lots of bottles, coolers, and tires in the water, tires up in the trees and on the banks. still lots of fun left for chainsaws and litter pick up.

Sounds like you're off to a good start!

I'll look forward to joining the effort this summer. Check your PM's for some more random thoughts on things we might do to keep it clean after we get it clean.
