The flow data for Remmel Dam is avaliable online. Google Entergy Hydro, then click on the flow data/latest email, they usually have a day by day forecast
of the releases from Remmel and the two lakes above. I hope this helps.

Go to the Ozark Creek information Summary from the ACC home page. Click on the name Rockport and there is a phone number down in the Description section.
I only assume that the number is still a working number.

Hey guys, the number works but their schedule is rough and really it releases when needed. The good news is that they release once a day and lately it has been around noon. I talked to a few locals down there and they said its hard to figure out a start / stop time too.

I monitored the release the past few days and found it to be 11 to noon, so that's what I'm going with for now.
