I am doing a float trip on the Buffalo River March 16th-18th putting in at Rush Landing and taking out at Cartney Landing on the White River. The total mileage in 27.1 (23.5 from Rush Landing to the mouth of the Buffalo and 3.6 down the White to Cartney Landing). I am planning to spend the night of the 15th at Rush Landing or get there early on the 16th.
Post here if anyone would like to join me on this float trip.
This is a private float that is not sponsored or supported by Arkansas Canoe Club. Everyone that comes will be responsible for there own gear and safety.[/b]

I've been wanting to do that section of the Buffy. I'll say maybe for now, and watch weather & water levels. I'm not wanting to deal with cold weather...

I am planning on doing that float the following weekend, the 23rd-25th. I have to work the weekend you have scheduled or else I'd join you.
I've never been on this section of river and was just considering doing it solo depending on the conditions.
