complete raft rig for sale around Bull Shoals?

13' NRS Otter with row frame, oars, alum. drybox and trailer. Looks like it's rigged for fishing, but it is a modular frame so the anchor system and back seat can be removed for WW boating.

I have no relationship to the sellar nor have I seen this boat in person, a friend of mine just saw this posted on a fly fishing forum. I own a very similar rig and it's great. Here's the link:
