Are these dry pants (latex ankle gasket) or splash pants (neoprene cuff, no gasket)? Appears that Mountain Surf has discontinued this product--couldn't find a full description on their website.

It's rubber around the waist, neoprene at the ankles with velcro:

I think I'll hop on this offer. $50 for both is too good to pass up. Hopefully these will fit Amanda well enough to be her first pieces of real gear. I'm in Austin this weekend.
