Freshly scouted creek is extremely befuddling: it's steep with a maximum gradient of 180 feet per mile, but it's a brushy swamp. Explain this.

I forgot to mention that I talked to a local about the creek. He said there were caves in the area and that the creek went underground. I don't know if that would help explain the strange combination or make it harder to understand.

Some times the gradient is there but not the geology need big rocks or bedrock ect. neat looking creek though keep up the good work man boaters need to open up some of these runs u been posting
