Felsenthal Fall Festival?

Post by John Britt » Wed Sep 14, 2011 4:41 pm

Anyone know anything about the Felsenthal Fall Festival this Saturday the 17th? There is supposed to be an ACC exhibit along with several other activities.

Thanks for asking! I should have posted this long ago. I will be there with Mikki White and a trailer load of boats donated for the event by Ouachita Outdoor Outfitters. The event is being held at the Old Beer Joint Access. It will last from 10AM to 3PM. We may begin packing up at around 2PM in order to get back to Rendezvous.

Here is a link to a story about the event: http://www.arkansasonline.com/events/2011/sep/17/28612/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Thanks for filling in the details Debo. Are you going to allow a serpent to attach itself to your finger like you did last year? To bad it is the same weekend as Rendezvous. I may try to stop by before heading to Malvern.
I forgot there used to be a beer joint on the west side of the bridge until I saw this (a little before I was of age). There were several cabins in this area also. All that is left there now are a few concrete slabs and the boat launch.
