Hey Harlan, is Rockport running today?

And where can I get a snowcone in Malvern? I haven't had me a snowcone in years. I might could go cherry, but what I really want is a red raspberry one. They tell me it's just food dye, but I swear the blue raspberry just doesn't taste quite as good, if they don't have red raspberry I just might go with cherry instead. Yeah, I'm getting me a red snowcone for sure, but not strawberry, gonna be red raspberry or maybe cherry. I should get that snowcone today, because it's 'posed to hit 103 today, and snowcones just taste better when it's over 100. If I don't get one today, in a week or two it might not even be getting up to 95 anymore, so that snowcone will still be good, but it won't be as good as if I get it today. Yeah, if I get it today, it will be the best possible snowcone I can have for the rest of the year. So being this hot is something we all complain about, but it has it's advantages, too. Rockport is almost certain to run good when it's really hot, right Harlan? And it makes it extra special fun to take a trip to Colorado or Idaho when it's over 100 in Arkansas, so you can post on the internet and make all your snowcone-eating friends back in Arkansas really jealous. But most of my friends are all back from their Western trips now, except the ones that live there during the summer, so I can probably enjoy my snowcone without them teasing me on the internet tonight ‘cause they were running something good while I was eating a snowcone. That snowcone will still be good, but I don’t want it to be such a rollercoaster ride like when I come home after work and find out someone ran Richland today while I was in a meeting. Yeah, that’s even worse than finding out someone ran the Royal Gorge while I was eating a snowcone, because at least the snowcone was good but meetings at work really suck. But if you want to really enjoy life, you have to try to stay focused on the positive, not think about the negative unless it’s something you have a real chance of changing, cause changing something negative is even better than eating a snowcone, but it is risky too because if you try to change it and fail then that’s a real downer ‘cause you spent all that time fighting it and the bad thing is still going on, when you could have been running a creek with friends or watching wildlife in the swamp or eating a snowcone, but there I go thinking about the negative again, man it just sneaks up on you if you’re not constantly vigilant. So I’m gonna go surfing at the lake this morning and then go down to Malvern and surf some more at Rockport this afternoon and then I’m gonna drive around and find me a snowcone stand. God I love weekends!

this is great....i've had a touch of insomia here of late.
while i, too, love a good snowcone. what i truly love is good bbq and a beer so very cold, it has ice crystals in it. this is what my dreams are made of...
now, on to my other love. i love my truck.
my favorite color is bluish-green.

i saw a garter snake today out in my bee yard. it was sooo cool. there within 10 ft2 i had birds, bees and a snake..no doubt that was a message from the divine telling me to run for political office .that would explain those voices in my head.
