Youth Rowing Clinic A Great Success

This morning, the Arkansas Boathouse Club graduated their first Youth Rowing class, drawn mostly from the Weatherington Boys & Girls Club. It was beautiful when the two "4's" crossed the slick, flat water on the Arkansas River to the finish line pulling straight,strong and, best of all, together! Mayor Hayes declared it the NLR Day of each participant, including my granddaughter, Madison:) Neat, neat, neat! Thanks to all who helped make it happen!! Let's do it again!

I am fast reaching the point where I need to have a lot more oarsmen and women in the sport, just in case!!
