I have never floated the Cadron before. How does this stretch compare to the difficulty of water from Redding to Turner Bend on the Mulberry? Just curious before I seriously consider joining in.

Same class water, Cadron is a little smaller in size. We know it well, you shud not have any trouble. Only about a 4 mile trip, and a very popular run.

You will do fine. The level is much easier than what you experienced at on the Mulberry. Come paddle with us if you can it will be alot of fun. Chester is a great chaperone.

Caitlin (daughter) is checking homework load and I am working on report cards. If we can whiddle down the workload, we both want to come. Does anyone have GPS coordinates for the Hwy 65 bridge since I am very directionally challenged? Thanks

Chester, I'm going to be doing a super long run on the cadron today. Hopefully I'll run into you along the way. Look for a bunch on people in green tandem canoes.

Sandy.. Co-ords in WS84 Map Datum and hddd mm.mmm' (Hemisphere, degrees, minutes, decimal minutes) for the Hwy bridge are...N 35 17.971' -- W092 24.206
You pass over Cadron Creek north of Greenbrier, and up the hill you take the black top road on the right. It'll be marked by a AGFC landing sign and there's a large trading center up there too. Just follow the road on down to the creek.
