There are a lot if "ifs" in that last comment Moatsie...

We're not "supposing" that you Swam and I did not.

It was not "in the event/case of..." you swimming and me not

If we were talking "ifs" here, they would include but not be limited to:

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting

If you can meet with both triumph and disaster

If you can fill the unforgiving minute

But We're not talking Rudyard Kipling here, and we're not asking "IF"

You can add all the suppositions to the events of the day, but the facts remain the same.

You Swam, I did not. :slimer:

here are some facts

You swam more in one day than I have in the last 2 years.

Richland still gives you nightmares

you still worry about your hair style more than you do boating.

your next swim is coming, (as is mine) and i know it will be on some class II eddie cause that how you roll (or lack of)

I took my kids down there and took pictures the weekend before all of the rains. That's an awesome area. Great video!

Gulpha gorge is a great spot. Really close to home for alot of us. I have some really good footage of Hollingsworth and I running that rapid (which we subsequently named the "truffle shuffle".) We got a few good runs down it, I was in my playboat and probably should've opted for the creeker, as I got pushed around more than I expected.
Still, glad to see other HS area paddlers. Next time we get a good rain come down and let's get some of the other goods locally.
Good video too!
