Let me know if this works or not. Not sure ones that aren't on facebook can view it.

Hey Karla,
You have to "friend" everyone who wants to look at the pics. That oughta keep you busy this morning! I'm anxious to see the pics. I'm glad you & Gary made it.

My son & I are hoping to make the same trip on Thursday or Friday.

I really had a good time yesterday. I regret the mix-up about the shuttle when we were done. I just wasn't thinking; :hammer: figured the guys had it all worked out . . . becuz they usually DO. I came back to my room for a nice hot shower, but there was only COLD water. :chicken:

Thanks Karla! I was tempted to go but 10 miles is too far for me to start getting back into paddling. Sure hope we have a wet summer so I can get out again!!

Connie,
I hope you can get out soon. Know you missed paddling. I would surely if I wasn't able to.

Connie we sure wish you could start making these trips. Lance was hoping you would be there yesterday and made sure we had some way to shuttle you and your equipment. I told him that next time it was him that rode shuttle with you! :poke:

Awwwweeee you guys.......

OH HO! So 8) Lance The Man 8) feels the Need For Speed eh? Maybe I'll let him drive!!

I miss you all so much, and I miss the river.

I had to get rid of all my neoprene (allergies) so I can't paddle unless its warm outside. I also outgrew most of my warm weather gear. But mostly I am really really out of shape.

I'm 61 now and if you don't move it you lose it. I have lost a lot of muscle tone. I got to get back into it slowly so I don't wrack out my back.

I'm planning on starting with the short float from the dam in Caddo Valley, then hopefully if the gasoline gods are good to me I can make trips to the Buffalo.

Found a real sweet tent I want to buy, take a look at this, I think Roger has one like it...........

Connie,
Wanted to send you a PM but there is no listing for e-mail on your profile. I have a daughter that lives at Keo and I am often over that way. There are some nice oxbow lakes around your area that would provide a couple of hours of easy paddling if you would like some company to get back in shape. You can e-mail me or PM me if you are interested. Mikki
