WTB Old school low weight river runner

Post by NoQuarter » Tue Mar 01, 2011 10:17 pm

Looking for a yak for my son, 80 pounds preferred minimum. He's going to grow into over the next few years and hopefully make it to the Mulberry this summer. All those boats just hanging in your garage, asking for the water...

would prefer something longer, even in the 10 or 11 ft range.

Would love to pick up a skirt and small paddle too.

I have a Perception SPARC (small person all river craft). My son has out grown it.

That's a nice lookin' boat, there. What do you want for it, does it have a skirt and do you have plans to come north anytime soon?

Thanks!
Jon

Are you still looking? I have a dagger showdown I'd sell for $200. its 7' 1" ,52 gallons & paddler weight of 90 to 150. I have only kept it to put newbies in and get them started in kayaking.it would be a great boat to start and progress with.Im close to north arkansas (60 miles north of the Buffalo) let me know
See Ya' on the River
