Roll Class/Paddling Skills (Shreveport Sessions thru Apr 15)

Paddler's it's that time of the year. We will start having roll class next week. Remember that you must be a paid member of BCOS http://www.ozarksociety.net/2011_Newsle ... an2011.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and the class is $10.00 per session. It starts at 6pm and will go to 8. The instructors will work with you for about 15 minutues then have to move on to the next participant. That doesnt mean we wont help you again. We will start a rotation, let you work on those skills then come back to you and see how your doing. The pool is heated but sometimes can be a little cool. So if you want you can bring your farmer john wet suit or other layers that you might have. Myself and many others just wear trunks and a tshirt. Your boat needs to be very clean. That means NO leaves, rocks, mud etc...., you need your life jacket, paddle, skirt, and your helment. All you open boaters come on too, we work on rolls also. If we have enough folks we play a nice game of boat ball.
