If you need a wrecker/tow truck near Clarksville

King's Wrecker & Locksmith: 479-754-4096/ 479-774-9660(9661)

This guy pulled my suburban out of a ditch(near Silus) on a Sunday afternoon for about $85. He did a great job not doing any additional damage to the truck.

It was probably Zach King. He is a really good guy and professional Bass fisherman too. I bet he appreciates your compliments.

Thats some great advice......A friend of mine got a winch out of the ditch and tow friday night, he was quoted $75. Next morning he went to get his truck 280 bucks!! make sure you know the guy towing or make sure you have it on paper before they do any work.

Some times you are given a tow price but if they store overnight in their yard, there is another charge. Not cheap by any means.

I used to laugh at joining AAA. Been a member for some time now and the tow feature has come in handy several times and my wife has used them more than once.

I ended up getting their car insurance as well and it has been good.

Marcel graciously made a very nice donation to the ACC Instructor Training fund in my name. (side note, I always wondered if that went into the SWR instructor kitty or the Kayak instructor kitty and Marcel is not talking!)

So I got that plus I get to recount that story around the camp fire at least once a season. After a few beers Marcel opens up with more information on events leading up to the trailer collapse and the story gets better and better.

Marcel was lucky. I had just unloaded my big trailer from another trip and left it in the drive way. So when he called I was probably on site in 15 to 20 minutes.

Marcel may live in Arkansas but I claim him as a Okie cause he left his old trailer on the side of the road for some one to recycle.

zack is indeed a good guy. wish I had his fishing job and that he was the dude that was around whenever I've found the ditch in the past.
