Here is one that's in the heart of the oilfield. Hogan Creek just outside of center ridge

no o&g activity though
I agree Grant. In addition to the point you made about a gauge at Lee Creek servicing other rivers, the current gauge readings for Lee are not an accurate tool for predicting the flow at spots upstream.

Lee Creek would be great, some others on my list would be:

Hot Springs creek
Gulpha creek
Mill Creek

Would be nice to have someone that lives in or near Lake Catherine tell me if the falls are running when I call too. :D

Other than that, on the "never gonna happen, but sure would be nice" list: Osage, Little Mill, and Crooked Cr.

FYI: if you are talking about Crooked above Albert Pike noticed from the last big rain that the Little MO updates hourly now instead of every four hours. :D

this is great news, but if your watching the gauge, and not the rainfall totals, your still to late for Crooked

I'd like to see another gauge on the Buffalo between Pruitt and St Joe. I'd guess the most likely spot would be HW 123 near Hasty, but I'd like it lower than that if there was a good spot for a gauge.

I know that there are already more gauges on the Buffalo than most other rivers, but given the volume of the river's usage, another gauge there might get more folks floating the middle sections more and allow for better predictions on rise and fall of the river.

With so many streams in need of a gauge, I am very pleased with just the one existing gauge on the Caddo River near Caddo Gap, a USGS Gauge that we've had access to online for the last 13-14 years or so :) . This gauge data has been fine for planning floats from the headwaters down to Lake Degray. More could be gleaned though for trips on the Lower Caddo and Ouachita rivers with a little more information.
I have especially liked the USGS's Water Watch site over the years for so much information, My main wish would be for a similar format-site that would combine the USGS sites, the SWEPCO sites, the COE sites, the newer ANRC sites, and so fourth, in one place.

Best Regards
Jim Moose
