Dragover
It looks like it has a good chance of holding all weekend. I'm thinking about bringing my wife there. I've only been down it at low water near the end of summer. Would it still be good for a new paddler at higher levels?

Re: Dragover
Roman,
Dragover is such a fun short run,and most all of the rapids are pretty 'straight on'. I've paddled it at a little over five feet but it was getting pretty washed out and pushy. I like it best at about 2.75 to 4 feet myself. If we don't get more than another half inch of rain in that watershed this evening and in the morning, I'd think it would be nice.
I have o-plenty of Dragover pictures in the 3.5 foot range if you'd care me to email any of them.
Best Regards
Jim

Sounds good. Big Rock will probably get her full attention, but I'm sure she'll be fine. Thanks!

Logan,
You might visit with Tim Muse. In the last year we were all up floating Dragover one day when Tim and a friend either floated it that day or it may have been a bit low so they just scouted it.
Best Regards

Re: Dragover
Logan,
Fiddlers has gotta have some of the sharpest, coral type rocks in it. It does not have a gage on it so AW uses the same Ouachita River gage at Mt. Ida as it does for Dragover. AW lists minimum @ 5ft. I wouldn't consider going unless more like 6-6.5 and up. Also, the Ouachita still needs to be on the rise because once it is leveled or falling out...the creek is already done for. The price of not having a gage on the creek. It is a fun creek but has quit a bit of brush on it where the lines are.
