-- Lake & Drawdown News --
The annual drawdowns of lakes Hamilton and Catherine will begin this Saturday, Nov. 6. The lakes will reach their drawdown levels by Friday, Nov. 12. Lake Hamilton will be lowered three feet and Lake Catherine will be lowered five feet this year.
-- Flow Release Plans --
On Saturday and Sunday the lake drawdown release of about 3600 CFS will begin at 6 AM and continue at Carpenter until about 1 PM and at Remmel until about 5 PM. On Monday through Friday the releases will begin at Remmel at about 10 AM and go to about 9 PM. At Carpenter the flows will begin at about 2 PM and go to about 9 PM. Thereafter we will return to the minimum flow release of just over 200 CFS from Remmel Dam and short releases every other day or so from Carpenter Dam except as needed after rainfall events.
