Fall Foliage

Post by Flipit » Wed Oct 20, 2010 8:20 pm

Ok, every year I see a post about this and ignore it. Now that I need the info, I don't see it anywhere. Anyone have any current beta on fall color around the Talimena Scenic Drive? Should I venture north this weekend or stay in Texas?

In Fort Smith, my maple is starting to turn red, but it's probably only around 30%. The Fort is north of Talimena by around 80 miles, but Talimena is higher so I would think that it should be decent to good. Maybe someone could chime in with more specific info...
