Lake level has rose almost half a foot already today and should continue to rise since they aren't releasing any water at this time. Current elevation is 477.41ft, conservation is 478ft, and top of the flood control pool is 502.5ft. Hopefully they will wait for flows to recede before they release water downstream, so the lake can continue to rise. I don't know if anyone has Wister predicting down to a science yet (Rickyrod or Scott?), but hopefully it will just take a few feet over conservation to see what we want.

I think Sean from Springdale went out there towards the end of spring at a good level and something had changed in it, so it sucked, not 100% sure though. Any truth to that?

ok the rain is thoght to bring the down river guage up to about 5or 6thosand after it gets there depending on how much is acumilated(lake) from incoming flows after the panama surge has pased (in a couple days). if atleast 6000 comes from Redoak than atleast half that will be relaesed after downriver flows go down but if more rain is perdicted in the next few day's(before downriver flows subside than we will get 5000-6000 realeases in about a week aspecialy if more rain is in the future. if this is it than we may see a 1500 release by thurs. or fri.
remember the closer to 13 perc. flood stage the better the chance they open all gates fulltilt.
look for the gates to stay closed for at least a week after this for us to get what we want.

Whats the best possible flow? Because I've been there at what I thought was a great level, when people have said that if it had a little more it would be amazing, and I've been there when its been too high and the players right feature is glassy inconsistent and flushy.

What are the chances of a BIG release this weekend?? I know it depends on the rain, but if you've been getting that much water, then chances may be good eh?

Shat yourself you say? MMM....Perhaps merely a poot. :poke:
