Found kayak paddle at Rockport

breakdown touring kayak paddle with a very distinguishing intentional feature. Describe it and we'll get it back to ya.

the very distinguishing feature of this paddle is that each blade is painted bright pink on one side. If anyone knows who owns this paddle, please let them know.
